As the seasons change from autumn to winter take time to slow down, ground into your practice and reduce stress with a 120 minute quiet, contemplative restorative yoga class. Unwind from the holiday madness and take care of YOU. Autumn Adams, E-RYT will lead the class through an intuitive series of restorative postures, gentle pranayama & yoga nidra that will:

  • reduce stress
  • reduce stiffness in the neck, shoulders and upper back
  • improve symptoms of fatigue
  • improve circulation
  • bring balance to the body, mind and soul
  • promote healing throughout the entire body

What’s Included: 75 Minute Restorative Yoga + 45 Minute Yoga Nidra
What to Wear: Comfortable clothes you can move in.
What to Bring: Yoga Mat, Pillow and Water

Note: For your own comfort please do not have a large meal before the class.

Here are some of the many benefits of a prenatal yoga practice:

Autumn’s prenatal classes are inspired by her teacher Shana Celnicker Chong with whom Autumn completed 85+ hours of Prenatal Yoga Training, and also Katy Bowman of Nutritiousmovement.com, and Gail Tully of Spinning Babies. Drop ins are always welcome. Prenatal yoga is appropriate for all levels of fitness. Please consult with your doctor/midwife before beginning prenatal yoga.
